We want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and accessories are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
